We would also like to point out that these church meeting can even be in the open, in a un-used shop, office, warehouse, or any where, where it do not cost vast sums of money to run. We even used a un-used cattle market place once in India and 870 people got saved and God was there in all His glory. look at the meeting place when Jesus fed 5,000, it was on a hillside in the open.  THE ADVANTAGES OF A HOUSE CHURCH

It is a biblical, you are following Jesus’ teaching, that the people are the church, not a building .

It is family oriented; when possible parents and children participate together.

People more easily get to know one another in a small house church.

Everyone participates and ministers so people grow in using their spiritual gifts.

Together you can study and discuss God’s Word.

Fellowship with each other and enjoy one another’s company and encourage one another.

Enjoy sharing a meal together and taking part in the Lord’s Supper.

Together you can pray for each other and for peoples needs and the sick.

 Worship, praising and glorifying God through word and music plus going on outreach  together.

 

House churches direct most of their finances toward evangelism, community service, caring for the poor, helping pastors in poor countries sponsoring unwanted children, instead of purchasing and running expensive buildings.

They are low profile and thus, better able to withstand persecution and oppression.

Ideal for those that are uncomfortable with the modern traditional Church settings
